5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Company Cancellation

Bahamas Taxi & Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Safety concerns
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, customers may receive a refund or an alternative service arrangement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
  • Provide accurate booking information.
  • Follow all safety instructions given by the driver.
  • Treat drivers, vehicles, and other passengers respectfully.
  • Avoid illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior during transportation.

7. Driver Waiting Time

Airport pickups include a reasonable complimentary waiting period after the scheduled flight arrival time.

Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

For hotel or private pickups, customers should be ready at the agreed pickup time.

8. Luggage Policy

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits safely within the booked vehicle.

Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside all vehicles.
